Whats next?

After Alex takes down Scorpia I can assume he will get back to work as an agent. The only setback is that he got shot at the end of this book. If Alex gets better and goes back into duty, I think he will go on some more missions through MI6. Hopefully Rider can bounce back and overcome his injury. If he ever does go back to work as a secret agent, he probably won't do anymore dangerous missions like taking down Scorpia. Being in this line of work is tough business and it requires the most skilled participants. Alex is definitely a wonderful spy, but being a teenager, Mr. Blunt and Mrs. Jones would feel very guilty if something happened to Alex. This book's ending could be the end of the spy series, and the next book may focus more on Alex's life after.
